Introduction and Acceptance

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from registering any future account with gk77.

Account Management and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account with gk77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same IP address, the same device, or any combination of identifying attributes — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. gk77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gk77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gk77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks). Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the gk77 platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if gk77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gk77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

gk77 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content thereon. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gk77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of gk77 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any right in respect of a specific instance shall not constitute a waiver of that right in respect of any future instance.
